Our Loyalty Card scheme rewards Members who are frequent residents at the Club with residence points that can be used to pay for future bedroom bookings.   Request your card at Reception when you next visit, and start collecting your residence points now.   Residence points are accumulated for bedroom charges at the time of payment.   A Loyalty Card Holder may earn residence points for bedroom charges relating to both herself and her guests.   Residence points are awarded by calculating 10% of the total bedroom charge (only) and rounding down to the nearest whole number. Residence points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.   A Loyalty Card Holder may redeem her accumulated residence points against the bedroom charge for any night at the Club, provided that she has accumulated sufficient residence points to cover the charge for at least one night.   There are no part cash/part residence point arrangements for single nights, although if the card holder is paying for more than one room, she may pay for some rooms by residence points and some by cash.   Residence points may be redeemed by subtracting the residence points earned from the total room bill. The University Women's Club Loyalty Card can also be used by frequent users of our à la carte menu to collect meal points.   Click here to download the full terms and conditions for The University Women's Club Loyalty Card as a Rich Text Format document, readable by most word processing software.  Back to top To book a room, contact Reception who will advise you of availability.   You may contact them by telephone on +44 (0) 20 7499 2268 or download and complete the Booking Form and either fax it to +44 (0) 20 7499 7046 or e-mail it to reservations@uwc-london.com All bookings must be confirmed in writing.
